Keep sensitive information private

Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, access tokens, service secrets, raw provider payloads, raw saved content, or full source URLs. We will never ask you to paste these into an email.

Account export and deletion

Account export and deletion are available inside Unstash. Download an export before deleting your account if you want a copy. Completed deletion permanently removes your Unstash library, review history, collections, actions, source authorization, exports, and notification tokens.

Deleting your Unstash account does not delete or change your saves on X or another Connected Source. If you cannot access the app, email us and we will help with the available account-management path.

What to expect

We may ask for limited account details needed to locate your request. We cannot recover a completed account deletion or restore changes made directly on a Connected Source.
